Emiza, a third-party logistics (3PL) provider, has announced a strategic partnership with Raymond to manage end-to-end fulfilment for the fashion and lifestyle company’s online portfolio, which includes brands such as Park Avenue, ColorPlus, Parx, and Ethnix.
Under the collaboration, Emiza will oversee warehousing, packaging, and order fulfilment through its network of more than 24 fulfilment centres across 12 cities. The agreement covers Raymond’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) website as well as marketplace e-commerce operations, with the logistics firm expected to handle approximately 1.45 million annual shipments.
For D2C orders, Emiza plans to implement store-based smart routing to shorten delivery times. The partnership also aims to improve inventory management, enhance delivery efficiency, and maintain high order accuracy. Emiza will additionally manage customised packaging and oversee marketplace claims to minimise losses on third-party platforms.
Ajay Rao, Founder and CEO of Emiza, said the partnership reflects a growing emphasis on technology-led logistics solutions in India’s retail sector. He stated that Emiza’s focus would be on ensuring precision and scalability in managing Raymond’s digital supply chain.
Ravi Hudda, Chief Digital and Information Officer at Raymond, noted that with rising consumer demand for efficient online experiences, strengthening backend operations is essential. He said the collaboration with Emiza would support Raymond’s efforts to improve fulfilment speed and reliability across its online channels.
According to Emiza, the partnership is designed to support increased seasonal demand, with the logistics provider targeting faster deliveries and improved operational efficiency during peak periods.
