Italian footwear label Rosso Brunello is set to enter a new phase of retail expansion in India, with plans to open a series of stores across metro cities, high-growth Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets, as well as travel retail locations.
The premium footwear brand is expected to launch seven new stores in the upcoming quarter, forming part of a broader rollout scheduled over the next two to twelve months. All upcoming locations will be developed as exclusive brand outlets, reflecting a strategy to establish a consistent and structured retail presence across key markets.
Each outlet will showcase the brand’s complete footwear portfolio for both men and women. The offering will include men’s styles such as loafers, moccasins and monk straps, alongside women’s categories including heels, flats and sandals. The stores will also feature the Spring Summer 2026 collection in addition to a curated selection of the brand’s existing bestsellers.
Sahil Malik, Director at Rosso Brunello, stated that the expansion phase reflects a more considered approach to brand presentation, adding that each store has been designed as a complete expression of the company’s offering to enable a more cohesive and defined customer experience. He further noted that as the brand enters new markets, the focus remains on scaling in a measured manner while preserving the integrity of its existing identity.
The expansion forms part of the company’s broader strategy to enhance brand visibility, enter the travel retail segment and strengthen its footprint across India. New stores are being planned in high-footfall malls and airport locations to improve accessibility and consumer reach.
In parallel, Rosso Brunello is investing in the in-store experience, with each outlet designed to present its product range within a structured retail environment aimed at improving customer engagement and overall shopping experience.
