Kiaasa Retail Limited’s, an Indian fashion brand focused on women’s ethnic and fusion wear, reported its revenue from operations increased 10.7% year-on-year to Rs. 134.63 crore (US $13.99 million) in FY ’26, compared to Rs. 121.63 crore (US $12.64 million) in FY ’25.
The company’s customer base exceeded 5,00,000, which targets the 22–45 age group.
EBITDA grew 46% to Rs. 24 crore (US $2.49 million) during the year against Rs. 16.44 crore (US $1.71 million) in FY ’25. Moreover, EBITDA margin expanded by 432 basis points to 17.8% from 13.5 % a year earlier.
Profit before tax (PBT) stood at Rs. 15.10 crore (US $1.56 million) in FY ’26, registering a growth of 23.3 % over Rs. 12.25 crore (US $1.27 million) reported in FY ’25.
Net profit (PAT) increased 24% toRs. 11.17 crore (US $1.16 million) from Rs. 9.01 crore (US $936,000) in the previous year, while PAT margin improved to 8.3% from 7.4%.
Finance costs during the year rose to Rs. 6.09 crore (US $632,000) from Rs. 2.80 crore (US $291,000 million) in FY ’25, while depreciation and amortisation expenses increased to Rs. 2.81 crore (US $292,000) from Rs. 1.39 crore (US $144,000).
On the operational front, Kiaasa Retail recorded improvement across key business metrics during FY ’26. Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG) rose to 12.89% compared to 7.11% in FY ’25.
The company’s Average Selling Price (ASP) increased to Rs. 2,430 (US $25.25) from Rs. 1,772 (US $18.42) in the previous year.
Additionally, the repeat purchase rate also improved to 21% from 18%, indicating higher customer retention.
Sales per square foot increased to Rs. 985 (US $10.24) per month from Rs. 945 (US $9.82) a year ago, while the company’s customer base crossed 5 lakh (US $).
Kiaasa, listed on the BSE SME platform in March 2026, operates more than 124 Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) across more than 70 cities across India. The company plans to expand its retail footprint to 100+ Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) stores and 250+ Multi-Brand Outlet (MBO) counters by 2028.
As of 28th February 2025 the company’s product portfolio is primarily led by the Salwar-Kurta-Dupatta (SKD) category, which generated revenue of Rs 85.18 crore (US $8.85 million) followed by the Mix & Match category with revenue of Rs 17.40 crore (US $1.81 million), while the Kurta segment contributed Rs 7.89 crore (US $819,000).
