D2C fashion brand Miss Mosa by Akanksha (formerly Alamode by Akanksha) has reported Rs. 64 crore (US $ 7.24 million) in revenue for FY 2024–25 and is aiming to reach Rs. 110 crore (US $ 12.45 million) in FY 2025–26, the company announced in a press release on Monday.
Founded in 2016 by Akanksha Sethi and Jayant Sethi in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, the brand transitioned to a D2C model in 2020, capitalising on the surge in online fashion retail. Since then, Miss Mosa has sustained close to 100% year-on-year growth, scaling from Rs. 11 crore (US $ 1.24 million) in FY ’21 to Rs. 64 crore (US $ 7.24 million) in FY ’25. The company said it has processed more than 2.5 lakh orders and achieved a repeat purchase rate of 35%, with cumulative revenue reaching Rs. 187.01 crore (US $ 21.18 million) till FY ’25.
Headquartered in Gurugram, Miss Mosa recently underwent a rebranding from Alamode by Akanksha to better align with its expanding market and evolving customer base. The company said the new identity reflects its ambition to position itself as a more inclusive, trend-forward fashion label catering to young Indian consumers.
Co-founder Akanksha Sethi stated that the brand’s success has been rooted in a deep understanding of customer aspirations, adding that Miss Mosa’s growth has been driven by its ability to balance affordability, style, and trust — three pillars that define the brand’s ethos.
