
As Raymond Ltd enters into a new fiscal year, it is going all out on an aggressive growth plan for each business. The company is taking another look at its organisational structure to create more bandwidth for the leaders of the company.
With a view to serve the mentioned objective, the company has made changes to its businesses and organisational structure.
Now, all retail-led companies—Apparel, MTM, and Retail BUS—will be consolidated under a single leadership. Innerwear and Sleepz, two MBO-focused distribution-led companies, will be grouped together with any other incubation companies. Raymond Home and Ethnic, two new businesses seeking exponential development potential, will also be grouped together.
With this move, the company has also created changes to its leadership structure to better manage the newly formed business groups.
