Continuing with its plan to open 200-250 physical stores of Yousta, its value apparel format, Reliance Retail has opened its first brick-and-mortar store in Surat, located in Reliance Mall in the city’s Udhna district. The new outlet houses a wide array of men’s and women’s value fashion as well as accessories and lifestyle goods.
With its trend-driven clothing lines, the business targets Gen Z customers, bolstering its retail presence in the state of Gujarat. The store houses clothing most of which is in the affordable category with prices below Rs. 999 and some items being priced below Rs. 499.
In order to capitalise on the rising demand for reasonably priced branded clothing, particularly in non-metropolitan areas, the brand is intended to compete with other major, value-focused labels that are expanding in number in India.
