In January 2025, the upscale retailer Rimzim Dadu plans to open a flagship location in Hyderabad. Customers in the Telangana capital city will be able to purchase the label’s sculptures and conceptual designs at the exclusive brand outlet, which is scheduled to open in the Banjara Hills premium retail zone.
The brand announced that Hyderabad’s rich artistic heritage, with its intricate textiles and stunning architecture, reflects the essence of Rimzim Dadu, where each piece tells a story and every thread bridges the past with the future.
Radhika Merchant Ambani recently wore a unique gold fringed gown for the winter festivities, which was designed by Rimzim Dadu. The brand is renowned for producing metallic gowns and sarees that maintain their striking shapes while being worn by using hair-thin steel metal thread.
Rimzim Dadu, a couture and luxury ready-to-wear company, started off as ‘My Village’ in 2007 with a runway showing at the ‘Gen Next’ event for emerging designers during Lakmé Fashion Week.
