Rocky Brands Inc., a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of premium quality footwear and apparel, has announced that Mike Brooks as its new Chief Executive Officer. Brooks currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and interim Chief Executive Officer of the company following the resignation of David Sharp as President and Chief Executive Officer.
