
For the fourth quarter that concluded on March 31, 2025, Rupa & Company Ltd. declared a net profit of Rs. 31 crore (US $ 3.7 million), a 26 per cent year-over-year gain. The quarter’s revenue for the company increased by 4 per cent year over year to Rs. 416 crore (US $ 48.6 million). The company’s net profit for the entire year was Rs. 83 crore (US $ 9.69 million), and its net sales for the year were Rs. 1,239 crore (US $ 144.76 million).
In a statement, Rupa & Co. director Vikash Agarwal commented on the findings, saying the company is happy to provide a summary of the performance for Q4 and FY ’25. Topline performance remained consistent throughout the year. Sales in the economy and athleisure segments were the main drivers of the 4 per cent volume gain in Q4 and the 3 per cent volume growth for the entire year.
