
With the release of a new suite of products designed to greatly increase the effectiveness and speed of B2B operations, Unicommerce, one of India’s top e-commerce enablement SaaS platforms, has announced its debut into the B2B market.
Retail replenishment orders, quick-commerce orders, general and modern trade orders, and other B2B orders (such as outright, fulfilled by, etc.) for online sellers and e-commerce brands are all intended to be fulfilled more efficiently by the solutions.
Unicommerce has launched a Unified B2B Order Management System (OMS) as part of its B2B portfolio, which expedites operations by automating AI-Powered Purchase Order (PO) production via orders received in PDF, JPG, or Excel format. Designed to handle complexity, the OMS can track inventory expiration dates and manage up to 1,000+ SKUs per order. Real-time changes, PO prioritisation for important clients, and error-cutting auto-verification are all supported.
With the help of a smart Bulk-optimized Warehouse Management System (WMS), it makes bulk fulfilment easier and more accurate by allowing POs to be rerouted between warehouses for faster dispatch, supporting inventory reservation by establishing digital inventory pools for priority dispatches, enabling dynamic stock re-allocation, box-in-box-out procedures for high-volume handling, scan-based packing, and auto return mapping.
In order to eliminate manual book reconciliation, the system also automatically creates GST e-Invoices and eWay Bills, assigns shipments to carriers, captures B2B POs from quick-commerce platforms, allows customised pricing and discounts, and interacts with ERP for real-time sync.
