
Uniqlo, the Japanese fast fashion label, sees a drop in its sales in South Korea!
These are worrying signs for the fashion retalier considering even the recent big discounts offered by the brand couldn’t stop the sales from going down.
The fashion retailer has been lately facing strong boycott of its products in South Korea.

Reportedly, Uniqlo sales in the country last month was US $ 7.8 million, which is just 33 per cent from what it was during the same period last year.
During the discount period between 1 and 14 October 2019, the sales of the retailer was US $ 7 million – 39 per cent of what it was in the same period last year.
Early last month, Uniqlo had held ‘thank you’ event online and offline, giving discounts up to 50 per cent for many of its products.
However, the boycott movement seems to be finally taking its toll on the fashion retailer.
