Yamamay, the fashion label from Italy that manufactures quality underwear and swimwear, is in India.
And it marks its debut in the country with a store launch in the capital city of New Delhi.
The store will house brand’s best lingerie and sleepwear in addition to displaying CR7 Underwear collection by Cristiano Ronaldo.
Speaking about entering Indian market, Gianluigi Cimmino, CEO, Pianoforte Holding, which owns Yamamay, averred “India has long been a key destination for the world’s most sought-after fashion brands and we believe that Yamamay’s reinforced presence in the market is not only a significant step for the brand’s international footprint, but also brings consumers the calibre of international fashion they deserve.”
Yamamay has also said that later this season it intends to launch swimwear ranges for men and women.
Set up in 2001, Yamamay today has 700 stores across the world.
