
A new line of Harit Khadi products has been launched by Indian apparel brand ‘W’ for Women by TCNS Clothing Co. Ltd. in association with Solar Charkha Mission or Bhartiya Harit Khadi Gramodaya Sansthan.
W is among the leading online fashion shopping destinations for women offering a wide range of apparel products such as kurtis, tops, dresses, bottom wear and much more.
The brand company’s latest collection is eco-friendly and has been made using solar power empowered charkhas and looms. The assortment has been made using breathable fabrics with delicate embroideries and thread work to give it a chic yet classic look.
The partnership between the fashion label and Bhartiya Harit Khadi Gramodaya Sansthan, empanelled with Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), aims to offer trendy as well as a comfortable range of apparels for women of all age groups. Further, the fashion collection has been designed in a way that it meets the evolving sensibilities of the modern-day Indian woman.
Notably, the Bhartiya Harit Khadi Gramodaya Sansthan was launched by the Government of India with an aim to create a chain of employment, especially for the women of the country, majorly in rural and semi-urban areas. It eyes to generate employment for 5 crore women and men in rural India by 2025 and regain India’s lost glory by reviving Khadi.
The new range of apparel products by the brand is up for grabs at physical as well as at online stores (wforwomen.com) and has been priced between Rs. 2,099 and Rs. 2,399 (approx.).
Notably, in January this year, the brand adopted a new retail design concept developed by Four Dimension Retail Design that includes strong branding propositions, a refresh the shopping experience it provides to its customers at stores.
Other than ‘W’, ‘Aurelia’ and ‘Wishful’ are offered by TCNS Clothing Co Ltd. The company operates 258 exclusive brand outlets across 148 cities in India. The products are also available for retail through 676 large format stores at Shoppers Stop, Pantaloons, Lifestyle, Central, etc. and 1,361 multi-brand outlets (as of September 30, 2017).
