G2 eco-washer, designed for washing clothes and giving a vintage look, helps save over 50% water and energy with about 60% reductions in chemicals compared to conventional processes. The all in one ozone technology is based on oxygen and ozone process; the machine can wash clothes up to 50 kg in one go.
Designed for mass production of up to 4,000 pairs of jeans per day and requiring just one worker per shift for production is the Twin laser HS machines. Equipped with two high powered laser resonators, this machine also has a unique dual power control system for working with both legs at the same time. For retailers in particular, who often need small and intricate details of garment production, the first Nano laser technology has also been introduced in the market. Taking care of small garment manufacturers using laser technology and whose production does not exceed 1,500 garments per day, the company is also offering Marcatex laser with Rotatex.
With customers in 45 countries, including India, currently, about 95% of the Colombian market manufacturers use ecological laser techniques developed by Jeanologia, helping save on water, and energy, and negligible consumption of chemicals. Some of the prominent brands using these sustainable technologies are Colombian Army, Be Kool, Pronto, Studio F, Kenzo, Willdy, Atmosfere, Supreme or CI Jeans, among others.
