Texprocess 2015, scheduled to take place in Frankfurt from 4-7 May, will bear witness to leading CAD/CAM solutions from all over the world. Assessing the registered exhibitors and the technology to be displayed by them, Messe Frankfurt has reported that in the near future, hardware (equipment) with a strong focus on software will be the norm of the future. The offered concepts provide comprehensive applications that help achieve complete integration of solutions into the production environment. Almost every consulted provider is offering solutions for the automatic cutting of continuously repeating patterned fabrics and mechanical knife-cutters provided with interchangeable tools, depending on the type of the system are dominating. The highlight of the fair however will be the presentation of technology for the automatic and sharp-contoured motif cutting of individually printed textiles and films for promotional items and sportswear, and the precisely tailored automatic cutting of patterned fabrics.
