Grafica Flextronica is not new in the field of textile and garment printing; its product gamut ranges from all types of screen printing machines to dryers and all other related equipments. The company has been catering to the screen printing industry in India and abroad since 1989 with a customer base of over 2000 clients. Grafica has been proudly exporting the ‘Made in India’ screen printing machines to countries such as USA, Russia, France, Kenya, Dubai, Tanzania, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
The highlight of the company’s showcase at the GTE, the Nano-prinTex is equipped with the NPL-Tex electric textile dryer and a flash curing unit, which completes the full prepress system, while the printer’s screen making system is equipped with a squeegee sharpener, making the printer stand-out in its class. The Nano-prinTex comes with a unique combination of 12 colours and 14 pallets. Available in a total of 6 variants, the machine has the maximum frame size of 28” X 35” which provides excellent print quality, while improving the registration by lowering the inherent distortion factor. Grafica claims that Nano-prinTex is the world’s first all-electrical mechanical line of automatic textile printers. The touch screen panel is kept simple to let the operator follow easy steps. Also available is an index system manufactured using CNC laser cutting technology to achieve perfect repetition accuracy of each pallet without the burden and complications of unnecessary expensive servo drives. Micro registration system is available for screen frame movement with reference mark and locking device.
Grafica has always supported participation at such fairs for not only promoting their products, but also for educating the industry about screen printing and other related aspects critical to the whole process of printing.
