Recently concluded Knit Vision Ludhiana – a garment and textile machinery exhibition – generated business enquiries worth Rs. 350 crore, indicating a bright season ahead for the local domestic market of woollen and hosiery products. The fair, which largely featured knitting and printing machines like digital printing machine, screen printing machine, etc., witnessed near about 21,000 visitors.
Satish Sharma, MD, Showman Associates, organizer of Knit Vision informed Team Apparel Resources, “Our exhibitors are more than satisfied and on the base of my discussions with the exhibitors and visitors, I can surely say that stock of garments with local companies is now clear and they are a little relaxed now. Looking at the late coming of the winter season, we were bit worried about the business, but now things are on track as we have noted good business in last 10 days.”
