Vibemac has always been at the forefront of delivering automated sewing solutions to the apparel industry for manufacturing denims jeans and trousers. The Italian pioneer with more than 30 years of experience in servicing the global apparel industry would be present at the JIAM show, making its presence felt at the world stage for technology. “We would be present with some of our most sought-after innovations like the 1010V4 DCS pocket design unit, the 2262HP feed-off-the-arm reverse lap felling unit and the 2261HP feed-off-the-arm sewing machine,” said Alessandro Signorini, Sales Manager, Vibemac. The company’s products would be showcased at the booths of Mitsubishi Electric, Yamato and Seiko.
The 2261HP is a reverse-arm lap felling unit, three needle chainstitch for double lap seaming on jeans, casual trousers, and workwear. The machine is particularly suitable to sew back yoke, back rise, inseams and out seams, plus top stitch operations. “A special belt puller enables fast feeding and perfect matching between the sewn parts. After the sewing, the puller device is like a guide for the chain coming out. It will control and guide the chain into the chain cutter device,” explains Alessandro. The innovation due to its remarkable high-speed of 5200 RPM can sew up to five inseams in a minute. The 2262HP is another variant of the machine, and is equipped with a smart puller system and chain cutter, which enable faster production at the speed of 3700 RPM. Both the machines although made for sewing heavy material can easily be changed for doing lighter fabrics, with the help of the optional light fabric kit.
