The equipment is most economical heavy duty round cutter for GSM and requires no maintenance, saving on cost of cutting pads and blades which are considered mandatory for general sample cutting machines. It can also be used virtually for any type of material including film, foam, carpet, paper and board.
The size of the sample dia to be cut is 113 mm, ± 0.2 mm and, requires a complete round to cut the complete sample. Overall dimension and net weight of the unit is 10.5 (L) x 6 (D) x 14 (H) inch and 10.5 kg respectively that makes it a portable machine.
Its main body is completely made of mild steel casting for life-long performance. Equipped with three replaceable hardened HSS rotary cutting wheels requires no blades and cutting pads. This portable size machine also has smooth precision engineered components for excellent performance and is supplied with Calibration & Inspection Certificates.
