Chinese sewing machine manufacturer, MAQI is looking at positive growth in the sewn products industry with plans of tapping the potential markets like Vietnam, Egypt, and India.
The machine manufacturer who was also conferred the China’s Famous Trademark title in January 2015, has been holding distributors conferences in different parts of China, like Hebei, Wuhan, and Jiangsu to establish its secondary channel network. MAQI also brought in a new line of machines in 2015 which included LS 9802MX-D4 high-speed direct-drive computerized lockstitch sewing machine, LS 889T-UT fully-automatic overlock sewing machine with electromagnet thread trimming device, LS 31016-01CBUT super-speed platform-type interlock machine, and LS 798D super-speed intelligent overlock sewing machine.

MAQI adopted the transformation from common machine type to direct-drive computerized sewing machine to increase its foothold in the growing apparel manufacturing markets of Vietnam, Egypt, and India. The manufacturer increased its focus on becoming price competent while delivering top notch computerized sewing machines, which according to the manufacturer is not seen in the market of computerized sewing machines.
Apart from that, the sewing machine manufacturer is strengthening its management and team with increased focus on R&D and marketing. The manufacturer is implementing lean management at its workplace and manufacturing units to improve the quality of its products and reduce costs at the same time.
MAQI was also seen at CISMA 2015, where it showcased more than 50 high-end products under the theme ‘Enjoy the Future’.
