Wintex Resources, one of the fastest growing technology solution providers for garments and textile industries, and a channel partner of FK Group cutting solutions, claims to have had a dream run in 2015 with more than 30 installations in Bangladesh, which includes replacing machines from its European, American and other competitors.
“The credit goes to our synergized force of German progressive technology and Italian precision. FK cutters consume just 5.9 kW power and have a very low running cost as FK Group has worked closely with SIEMENS to develop electronic and electrical components for superior reliability,” shared Faruk Hossen Sarker, Area Director, FK Group & CEO, Wintex Resources Ltd.
Hameem Group, Misami Group, Dird Group, Esquire Group, Purbani Group, Suad Garments, Ananta Group and Epic Group are some of the companies working with FK Group cutters and spreaders. Riding on the burgeoning denim jeans wave, Wintex has witnessed growing interest in its “Super Jeans” cutter.
The “Super Jeans” cutter consumes just 5.9 KW of electricity using Eco-Power technology, which is almost five to eight times lesser than what is consumed by other cutters. With a cutting speed of 110 metre per minute, made possible through a blade vibration of 6,000 RPM, the cutter can be maintained via remote assistance and has been approved by WHO as medically safe for operators, due to its medicated health care filter.
Alongside the Super Jeans Cutter, Top Cut is an automatic conveyor cutting system provided with 6-8-9 cm cutting head for all types of mass production. The cutter comes with a patented Cutting Head with extra strength and Evo Cut, a simple and intuitive software that optimizes all cutting parameters.
The FK cutter also has a mechatronics blade sensor from SIEMENS for automatic knife deflection correction for zero buffer cutting, refrigerated air blade cooling device and remote technical assistance, for just in time total and constant support to the operator. “Another innovation is set to be released soon by FK GROUP for spandex fabrics,” revealed Faruk.
Having already registered such robust sales figures, Faruk is looking at penetrating deeper in to the market to grow in the coming year. “Meanwhile, repeat orders are also keeping our momentum going,” averred Faruk, who is now working on providing economical and better after-sales services, besides providing project consultancy and assess the factory’s cutting room and its requirements to recommend the best solution in terms of maximum productivity with reasonable investments. The company has also set aside a certain number of machines that will be sold at a special price.
Rotondi Group, another Italian brand for washing and finishing machines represented exclusively by Wintex, has also scored several deals during the last year under the leadership of Faruk. Wintex showcased several machines from Rotondi in Garmentech 2015 which generated massive interest among the customers and resulted in multiple spot orders. Rotondi machines made from superior quality materials which are easily identifiable to the informed customers; “Quality speaks for itself”, says a confident Faruk.
Wintex’s current after-sales service force has individuals with industry experience upwards of a decade. “The coming year will be even better than the last year. Our three tenets of our growth will be – service, products and performance,” Faruk said.
