PDS Limited has appointed BG Srinivas as an Independent and Non-Executive Director on the PDS Board.
BG Srinivas is a global business executive with over 36 years of experience across a diverse set of industries. He has played leadership roles across multiple markets in US, Europe and Asia with leading global companies, including PCCW Ltd, Infosys Ltd, and ABB Group. In his previous roles, he has been an ED and Group MD of PCCW (a Hong Kong-based IT company) and the President and Whole-time Director of Infosys Limited.
Srinivas holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Bangalore University, India, and executive certifications from Wharton Business School, USA, and Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A), India.
In a statement, PDS said that Srinivas’ experience with leading global corporates demonstrates PDS’ commitment to augmenting its Board with not only domain expertise but also the highest standards of corporate governance.
