Presenting his story of success using OptiTex’s software, a garment technician Iftekhar Abbassi, from the Triburg buying house’s Triburg Sportswear division, praised the software’s accuracy and its usefulness. “Using OptiTex, we have been able to coordinate with our buyers very easily.
In one month only and by just sending one sample, we were able to get our samples approved at the pre-production stage (PPS),” said Abbassi. He also praised the advantages of the softwares Match ++ fully Advanced Automatic Fabric Nesting System and Nest ++ 2 Nesting Application.
Zmirit Roffe, Training Manager, OptiTex mentioned in detail and highlighted the softer features of the 2D and 3D systems and its efficacy for the garment manufacturing industry. Match ++ is a fully automatic matched fabric nesting system for manufacturers of upholstery, apparel and industrial fabrics who routinely work with stripe, plaid, railroad and flow-matched fabrics. Its extraordinary speed and accuracy makes it beneficial for use in both manual and automated cutting. The use of Nest ++ 2 advanced automatic system optimizes material usage and give faster and better results.
Talking to StitchWorld Ran A. Kremer, Director revealed the company’s growth path and said that in the last 11 years OptiTex has successfully partnered with 130 companies from India and over 80% of them are from apparel industry. All of them have expressed total satisfaction which in itself is a great achievement. He also assured that with the launch of 3D and Version 11, the working would become more practical as manufacturers are becoming more and more investment-conscious and monitoring their day-to-day returns.
The seminar was attended by several merchandisers, garment exporters from Delhi-NCR and CAD in-charge from various companies.
