Felix Realty, a real estate venture, is set to reveal its flagship project, ‘Felix Plaza,’ in Gurugram, which will consist of an extensive shopping center. Estimated to open by year-end, the mall will display a blend of Indian and international brands.
Placed in Gurugram’s Sector 82A on NH48, the Felix Plaza construction project is strategically located to provide to the Delhi NCR region. Encompassing a built-up area of 8.5 lakh square feet, the mall will mainly focus on fashion, beauty, and lifestyle items.
The forthcoming mall has engrossed a roster of well-known brands such as Max FashionMarks & Spencer, Vero Moda, Zudio, Westside, Birkenstock, Wakefit, Hidesign and Lifestyle, amongst others. Furthermore, the shopping center will have a hypermarket and groceries section, offering important fast-moving consumer goods to local shoppers, besides amenities such as a food court, cinema, and gaming zone.
