In an effort to increase sales and reach a wider range of consumer demographics, the womenswear company Jisora is considering a move from women’s lounge wear to resort and western wear, as well as an entry into the childrenswear sector.
“Our plan to start kids’ wear is well under process, and with the proper guidance and affirmed teamwork, we will bring comfort to this category too,” said the brand’s co-founder Khushboo Sethi, said reports.
In order to increase its market share in womenswear, the label postponed its original aim to enter the male segment. Jisora intends to develop brick-and-mortar locations throughout India in addition to growing its womenswear selection beyond loungewear to provide a complete wardrobe option. The businesses will use a franchise model when they first launch and will eventually be located all throughout the nation.
