Eco-conscious fashion brand Jiwya has introduced 100 per cent plant-based clothing and accessories in its latest collection named ‘Rivayat’.
Rivayat features a diverse range of styles, from elegant cocktail dresses and relaxed brunch outfits to chic resort wear, all crafted with a focus on sustainability and ethical practices. The collection draws inspiration from over 100 indigenous Indian art forms, including intricate handwoven fabrics, exquisite hand embroidery, and vibrant hand block prints and hand painting.
Aishwarya Lahariya, co-founder of Jiwya, emphasised the collection’s commitment to both environmental responsibility and cultural heritage. The Co-founder shares that the new collection is inspired by India’s rich stories and that it also embraces ‘compassion’.
She also explained that the designs blend traditional artistry with modern scientific principles, creating a collection that resonates globally while championing sustainable practices.
“Our pieces celebrate the body, skin, textures, and shapes – of the wearer and the fabric,” Lahariya added. “We encourage our customers to connect with nature through our earthy, raw luxury, crafted from the soil and designed to harmonize with the environment.”
The Rivayat collection is now available for purchase worldwide through Jiwya’s official website and various global marketplaces in Los Angeles, London, and Europe.
