Kesaria Textile Company has expanded its retail footprint with the launch of 70 Kesaria Bazaar franchise outlets in seven months.
By combining operational efficiency with direct sourcing from its manufacturing facilities, Kesaria Bazaar aims to offer affordable products while strengthening its presence across the country’s value fashion market.
Kesaria Textile Company is a Surat-based textile manufacturer established in 1977, engaged in the manufacturing, wholesale, export and distribution of a wide range of apparel and textile products. Its portfolio includes women’s wear, men’s wear, kids’ wear, sarees, kurtis, dress materials, ethnic wear, western wear, leggings, dupattas and other fashion products, supplied through a factory-direct business model.
The company has expanded beyond manufacturing by building an organised retail and franchise ecosystem through brands such as Kesaria Bazaar.
Supporting this expansion, Kesaria Bazaar’s franchise model is designed to simplify operations and enhance profitability. Franchise partners receive direct access to the company’s manufacturing facilities, eliminating multiple distribution layers and enabling higher margins under a zero-royalty structure.
Each outlet is equipped with ERP systems, barcode-based inventory management, digital billing, and mobile-enabled inventory access, allowing franchisees to monitor stock, track trends, and replenish inventory efficiently. The company also provides showroom design, branding, marketing support, promotional campaigns, and branded content to ensure a consistent retail experience across locations.
According to the company, its objective is to empower garment retailers and aspiring entrepreneurs through transparent pricing, factory-direct sourcing, and technology-enabled retail solutions. By integrating centralized manufacturing with digital inventory management and standardised retail operations, Kesaria Textile Company aims to build a scalable ecosystem for sustainable growth in India and international markets.
Looking ahead, having already established 70 franchise outlets, the company plans to expand its network to over 150 franchises globally and achieve a valuation of Rs 500 crore under its Vision 2030 strategy.
