
During its just ended seasonal sale event, Big Fashion Festival (BFF), fashion e-commerce giant Myntra attracted 390 million consumer visits and acquired over 1.5 million new clients. During the sale event, over 80 per cent of the new buyers were from non-metropolitan areas.
“This BFF, shoppers from all over the country thronged the Myntra platform to leverage the value-driven offers for buying millions of products across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle,” said Neha Wali, senior director of revenue and growth at Myntra, in a statement regarding the sale event. “Customers were drawn in by the three-fold value constructions, which increased the satisfaction of their purchasing experience,” she added.
In order to meet the holiday demand, Myntra increased its selections to 9,700 labels for this BFF event, adding 3,700 new companies in comparison to the last edition.
