Footwear and lifestyle brand Neeman’s has announced the appointment of Anjali Sachdeva as Director of Buying & Merchandising as the company strengthens its leadership team to support its next phase of growth.
Sachdeva brings more than 15 years of experience in buying, merchandising, category management, assortment planning and retail strategy, having worked with several leading consumer brands including Adidas India, Bata India, and Koutons Retail India.
Prior to joining Neeman’s, she served as Senior Manager – Buying & Merchandising at Adidas India, where she led buying and merchandising operations across the company’s owned retail, franchise and e-commerce businesses.
In her new role, Sachdeva will oversee buying and merchandising functions across Neeman’s retail, online and B2B channels. Her responsibilities will include merchandise planning, assortment architecture, sourcing, inventory optimisation and strengthening collaboration across the company’s supply chain operations.
Commenting on the appointment, Neeman’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer Taranjeet Singh Chhabra said Sachdeva brings extensive experience in assortment planning, category management and consumer-focused merchandising. He stated that her appointment reflects the company’s commitment to building world-class capabilities that support stronger product decisions, enhanced customer experiences and long-term business growth.
Speaking about her new role, Sachdeva said the opportunity to shape merchandise strategy across retail, online and B2B channels, while strengthening sourcing and supply chain capabilities, marks an exciting chapter in her career.
