
Leading sports brand of the country Puma India has collaborated with Salesforce, an American customer relationship management company, to enhance its online consumer experience, the company mentioned in a recent statement.
With this partnership, the brand aims to ramp up the online and mobile shopping experience for their consumers (on Puma.com).
Emphasising on the relevance of e-commerce especially in today’s time, Jackson Fernandez, Associate Director & Head, B2C E-commerce, Puma India, shared that online business has always been a priority for Puma, further underlining that the brand ‘embarked on this journey many years ago.’
Given the current scenario, online has easily become a more convenient option for consumers to shop, he added.
Headquartered in Germany, the multinational company that manufactures athletic and casual apparel, footwear and accessories forayed into the Indian market in 2006.
After 13 years of its glorious presence in the country and having raced past their rival companies in the Indian sports and activewear market, Puma India runs more than 375 owned stores today.
