Zara has opened its newest location, its 24th location in India, at Phoenix Mall of Asia in Bengaluru. The mall’s first floor is home to the newest store, which has more than 36,000 square feet.
The most recent technical advancements from Zara’s combined online and physical store platform are available at the Zara store. The area includes a new “boutique” area dedicated to Zara’s baby collection in addition to the sections for women, men, and children.
The newest retail model from Zara for larger locations is available in this store and includes self checkout with a cash option, reservations for fitting rooms, online ordering for in-store pickup (pick up in two hours), verify the availability of the store, product location on the floor (as determined by the Zara app), smart fitting rooms (with separate sections for men and women) and dedicated return counters for both in-store and online purchases.
Energy-saving LED lighting, lower-impact materials, and effective heating and cooling systems are just a few of the steps Zara has taken to lessen its environmental impact as part of its dedication to efficient store design, construction, and management.
The store is linked to Inditex’s internal Inergy platform, which tracks how well the store’s electricity and air conditioning installations are used in order to improve management, pinpoint the most effective systems, enhance maintenance, and assist in developing strategies to lower energy consumption.
