At the show Vibemac will present its unique ‘Double Colour Technology’ which makes it possible to stitch with two different colour threads, stitch lengths and thread thickness in one shot. This technology is available on the DCT (double colour) pocket setter model 2516V4, considered a flexible working station, easy to handle by the technicians and with the possibility to make the jigs directly at the factory workshop, saving a lot of money and time.
The V100H is a double head pocket creaser which is designed to allow quick change of jigs. It works with new folders to crease even the pockets of irregular shapes independently. Another advanced machine, the 1010V4DCS, back pocket decorative unit has an unloader and stacker which allows one operator to easily run 2 machines at the same time, thereby increasing the productivity by 25%. For J-stitch, Vibemac offers 1010V4F1 in Double Colour Technology, this machine stitches around 300 Js per hour without depending on operator skills.
The new V700 and V701 the back pocket hemming units, Double chain, single Lock or double Lock stitch exclusive on Vibemac machines’ range with features that boasts of improved sewing performances, more flexibility and incredibly stitching quality to hem 2000 pockets per hour. The machine is able to stitch on every kind of fabric, any size/shape of pockets without making any adjustment to the machine. It is the only one back pocket setter which can be double needle chain or can be transformed into a single needle lock stitch by simply purchasing the conversion kit.
Apart from the DCT series, other advanced technology machines will also be put up at the show which will include 3022WB Series, waistband flexible unit, convertible from lock stitch to chain stitch or a mix of both at the same time, with a sophisticated puller system specific for double contour waistbands; 4650EV8R, programmable loop setters, with 4 different loops available (normal, sportswear, classic and double); 3022BHE, the first electronic programmable stitching length bottom hemming unit, convertible from lock stitch to chain stitch; 2261H – 2262H feed off the arm machines front and reverse lap to match any kind of fashion production request, with smart puller system and DCP (dynamic pressure control presser foot) for a constant stitch length even on heavy thickness.
