Moving forward from just being a CAD/ CAM manufacturer, Yin Japan presents its innovative HY 3D body scanners that offers more precise body measurement, fast pattern making and detailed anthropometric data collection. The scanner can collect up to 85 body measurement points, completing the whole process from body measurements to pattern making in 4 minutes. The scanner height is adjustable according to the customer’s individual needs. Uniquely, the full set of equipment can be loaded in one suitcase, making it easy to carry.
Yin HY-S series cutting system is especially designed for a small quantity and customized production of high-end western-wear and uniform. Subsection absorption and subsection cutting in the machine achieve simultaneous cutting, material picking and spreading. It adopts vertical reciprocating straight knife cutting to ensure high precision and high speed, and has no cutting dead angle. The machine has a self diagnosis function and a safety rod device to effectively avoid problems during cutting.
Yin SM-III Automatic Spreading Machine, an intelligent fully-automatic spreading machine, combines the highest spreading technology and is suitable for knitting and tatting fabrics. While the girdle encoder system tracks fabric length, the spreader achieves zero-tension spreading through its roller conveyor which does not drag the spread fabric in case of emergency brakes, and furthermore the air floating platen ensures that the fabric is not damaged when sliding on the table top. The spreader can be used in combination with the electric needle bed which can be used for check and stripe matching, while spreading and cutting.
