Present in Bangladesh since 2012, opportunities for Zoje in Bangladesh are far from saturated. Focusing on bringing quality automation solutions to the customers, Zoje has its local subsidiary in the country. To supplement its product, the company also has a team of Chinese technicians to support its local team of technicians.
Already having registered a bright 2015, with 30 per cent growth in sales and installations in factories of leading groups like Youngone, Kenpark, Debonair Group, Snowtex, the company is gearing up for 50 per cent growth, owing to new orders as well as re-orders from existing customers. The company will soon be introducing to the Bangladeshi market, a machine to attach zippers to jackets with sew and trim function.
The company has found a new stronghold in the market, with its solutions for jackets. One such machine is the ZJ-AM-5770AH-750, an automatic pattern sewing machine suitable for quilting operations. Built out of high-grade steel, the machine comes with a sewing range of infinite x 750 mm. Moreover, the machine is equipped with optical fibre sensors for upper thread detection function, which allows the machine to stop in case the upper thread is broken. The bottom thread detection function is also available. Since the machine uses magnetic induction, the induction distance is larger and therefore the template positioning is error free. The machine can store in its memory up to 256 templates that helps the machine cope with frequent replacement of templates. The mini-oil head prevents staining of goods and the maximum sewing speed varies between 2,500-2,800 RPM based on the y-axis measurements of the sewing table. The hooks come in small and large options that make the machine suitable for sewing light-weight and heavy-weight materials. Two ZJ-AM-5770AH-750 machines can be operated by one operator in tandem to give a total output of 500 pieces.
