Sports is one of the stress busters that help enhance mutual understanding and team spirit.
Keeping this in mind, the Association of Garment Exporters Sitapura (AGES), a leading trade body of Jaipur-based exporters, organised the cricket tournament Four Square AGES Cup 2022 at the Jaipuria Cricket Academy ground.
Amin Kagzi, MLA, Kishanpole was the Chief Guest on the occasion and Dr. Mahesh Joshi, MLA was also present in the event.
The tournament was played amongst four key teams and more than 400 family spectators were there to witness the matches and cheer their loved teams.
AGES Super kings won the final by seven wickets and SS Shekhawat of the team was the player of the tournament. Earlier in the semifinals, Knight Riders defeated AGES Challengers while Super Kings won against AGES Royals.
The tournament also witnessed a ‘Friendly entertaining match’ between the two teams- “The AGES Black Panthers eleven” captained by Dalpat Lodha and “The AGES Red Tigers Eleven” captained by Arif Kagzi, where both the teams were declared winners for their entertaining efforts and goodwill gesture to knit the fraternity unity.
The AGES event showed overwhelming mutual support of pink city’s apparel exporters’. AGES patron and Jaipur’s leading apparel exporters Dalpat Lodha and Rajiv Dewan, President Hazari Ram, General Secretary Shyam Harsha, Arif Kagzi and Dinesh Gupta, Monu Karnani and Subodh Pugalia played an important role in making this event happen.
AGES is an alliance of Sitapura, Jaipur Manufacturers who are working together towards making Jaipur the most sought-after destination for apparel.
