One of Delhi’s foremost shopping destinations, Select Citywalk reopened for business on 8 June with strict SOPs as per Government directives to ensure safety of all.
Embracing the ‘new normal’, the mall has introduced a plethora of services for the any customer who may want to visit the mall or want to shop sitting at home.
As part of its services portfolio, Select Citywalk now offers Concierge Services for all queries, Personal Shopper Service, Contactless Ordering & Home Delivery Services, Curbside Pickup and in the pipeline is the introduction of the Online Shopping Guide.
The Concierge service offers customers answers through WhatsApp via a chatbot for general questions and connects the customer with store staff in case of specific queries.
Select Citywalk will also be hosting its direct delivery service through WhatsApp ordering.
Personal shopping has been introduced to keep the interest of customers alive with a hassle-free shopping experience. Stylists will help them find the right product during their shopping session, and this service has already been a hit with customers.
Speaking on the reopening and introduction of new initiatives, Nimish Arora, Director and Interim CEO, Select Citywalk, said “The new consumer initiatives have been introduced with an understanding towards the needs of the consumer and the changing digital scenario. We thus intend to bring the retail experience our visitors have till date enjoyed, online with personalised services, which they can avail in their homes, allowing them to bring Select Citywalk home.”
Other than this, the mall is taking utmost care of the safety of all with temperature checks at entry points, visitor books to maintain records, disinfection tunnels, subtle tweaks in design to encourage social distancing and limiting the number of people on the escalator to four at a time.
