One of the leading companies which has actually changed the perception of the world regarding sewing machines made in China, is New Jack Sewing Machine Company with the thrust in the area of quality, efficiency, productivity, low energy consumption and low maintenance. Participating at the CISMA show, JACK would be present with its subsidiaries Zhejiang Zobow Mechanical and Electrical Company, and Topcut-Bullmer (China), displaying around 73 machines in all, of which 57 are new ones, i.e. 70% new sewing machines and automates.
One of the highlights of the show, the JK-798E is a high speed direct- drive overlock sewing machine equipped with automatic features like automatic start and stop, thread trimming, selvage detection, which increase the operator efficiency and improve the product quality. With the ability to work in manual, semi-automatic and automatic modes, the machine guarantees increased working efficiency of 35-60%, 35% improvement in the production, a saving of 120 spools of sewing thread every year and in all 71% power saving per year per machine.
The other highlight of the show would be the JK-58450E fully-automatic double needle lockstitcher with split needle bar and an energy saving direct-drive servo motor, along with the JK-SHIRLEY 11E computerized lockstitch sewing machine with a direct-drive motor and features like build-in magnet for automatic presser foot lifter, automatic reverse feed, automatic trimming with LED light and electronic tension post (to replace auto wiper).
Along with a gamut of computerized and energy saving sewing machines, JACK will also showcase 8 sets of power saving motors, of which 5 are latest developments of the Chinese pioneer and have already been patented. Manufactured by its subsidiary, Zhejiang Zobow, the motors are based on alternating current sync servo technology, and adopt sine wave vector control, while ensuring sewing precision and accuracy on both automatic and semi-automatic sewing machines. The range of energy-efficient motors guarantees 71% power saving per year per machine and also guarantees an improvement of 35% in the operator’s efficiency.
Topcut-Bullmer, a group company, will display the PROCUT D8002 high-ply cutter, TURBOCUT 2501 medium-ply cutter and PREMIUMCUT CV single-ply cutter. The highlight would be the launch of the PROCUT D8002 High-ply cutter designed for cutting heights of 80 mm at high speeds, equipped with high-speed network data transmission technologies which greatly enhance the efficiency of the cutter. Compared with previous version of the cutter, the D8002 improves the overall cutting efficiency by 10%. The software for the machines is equipped with automatic cutting speed-optimization depending on the bow of the pattern contour. It also controls the knife frequency in relation to the cutting speed. The software automatically identifies outside and inside corners of cut part contour.
